Memory Vault offers customized USB drives and power banks designed as keepsakes.

We reserve the right to modify product details, pricing, availability, and features at any time without prior notice.

Due to the custom nature of our products, minor variations in design or packaging may occur.


3. Orders and Payments

  • All orders are processed securely via Stripe.

  • Prices are listed in USD.

  • Sales tax and shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.

  • Your order is confirmed once payment is completed and you receive an order confirmation email.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, incomplete info).


4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout.

  • Delays caused by carriers, weather, or supply chain disruptions are outside our control.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.


5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.

However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at hello@memoryvaultusb.com within 7 days of delivery. We will do our best to resolve the issue.


6. Uploaded Content and User Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for the content (photos, videos, etc.) uploaded to their Memory Vault device.

By uploading files, you affirm that you own the rights to that content or have permission to use it.

We are not liable for the content stored on devices by users.


7. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Memory Vault and may not be used or reproduced without permission.


8. Limitation of Liability

Memory Vault is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

We are not responsible for lost or corrupted data stored on your device.
